The Squeeze-Stretch Foreskin Restoration Method Photos below demonstrate the progress results achieved by this method Method and photos, developed and submitted for FRC by "Sephfx"
The method is simple. Contact Sephfx for any clarification you may need or questions you may have regarding the squeeze-stretch method.
First, you simply pull out the end of your foreskin with a three finger grip (side of the thumb on top, first finger in the foreskin opening and side, second finger on the bottom side. This gives you a firm grip on the end of the foreskin. With the other hand you wrap as many fingers as you can around the foreskin tube. Hold firmly and squeeze your grip closed.
This stretches the tube of foreskin between the end of the foreskin (on which you have a firm grip) and the head of the penis. I personally hold this for 3 seconds ( You're going to feel some discomfort - a mild burning) as your foreskin is stressed to the max, stimulating mitosis to begin, causing your skin growth.
Do 3 sets of 12, just like a muscleworkout. I, personally do this a few times a day. Once you get the hang of it you can adjust the grip to focus on top, bottom, inner or outer foreskin.
This method tends to lengthens and narrow the foreskin tube.
Squeeze-stretching a few times per day gives your developing foreskin a daily workout that feels equal to tugging 24/7 without the chance of causing minor 'hurts' that can occur with over-zealous restoring using various other methods, which often cause the need for rest periods to heal-up, and without the need to wear any potentially embarrassing gear.
I additionally wear a 3/16", 1" diameter "O" ring as a retainer at night.
Don't waste your time with narrow rings. They are uncomfortable -- and dangerous.
